At Shop Yoga Pants, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. Simply email us at contact@shopyogapants.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed clothing.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or colour? No problem. We’re happy to offer one free exchange per order, subject to stock availability. Just let us know in your return email what you’d like in exchange.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send clear photos to contact@shopyogapants.co.uk, and we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
